I'm afraid that this is the end of bar�ablog for now. The reasons are many and varied, but ultimately come down to the fact that from next week I'm not going to be in Barcelona for a bit.
Note the assured return implicit in that statement.
However, this isn't completely it. Do not remove me from your bookmarks/rss reader with such haste for there are Plans of sufficient excitement to generate a capital letter.
I'm keeping schtum for now but suffice to say that Barcelona has not heard the end of my writing about the city. By Jimminy no. The end of the summer is a tentative date where something new will be Out There for all bar�ablog fans. We shall see.
More news in a week or so (and dragged painfully out over the weeks to follow, probably) but if you want to wave the blog goodbye while also being filled with enough curiosity to know what I'm talking about, you can email me at andrew@prandial.com, and when the news breaks you'll be the first to know.
So just a break, not the end (plus The Prandial Post will probably burble along in the background as it's always done) while a few other projects take up my time.
But thanks for all the comments/feedback/flagrant abuse. It's been a fun ride so far. Hasn't it.
