Andrew Losowsky is a British-American community strategist, product leader, artist, writer
I was born in the UK, and have worked in London, Barcelona, Madrid, Hong Kong, and Palo Alto, CA.
Currently I'm in New York City, working as Head of Community Product at Vox Media.

Product leadership
I created and lead the team for a community platform used by more than 500 major publication websites in 28 countries. I've led teams that build magazines and websites, newsletters and installations at such organizations as Mozilla, Vox Media, HuffPost, and a Spanish startup. I also teach product strategy for midlevel professionals at CUNY's Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism.
Journalism
I've written for The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, and The Times of London, among many others.
Teaching
I've taught classes at The New School, CUNY, the International Center of Photography, Brown University, and been a guest lecturer at dozens of institutions including Stanford, Rutgers, NYU, MICA, Yale, and RISD.
Mentorship
I frequently mentor people who are early in their product management careers. I offer free mentorship sessions to people from underrepresented backgrounds in journalism and technology. Contact me to set up a chat or book an appointment.
