Online abuse, harassment, mobbing, and misinformation are not technical problems, and cannot be solved by technology alone.

As part of my work with Coral, I developed strategy guides, workbooks, commissioned academic research, and even designed a card game to help empower moderators and teach community owners how to create more effective and safer online spaces.
